Share the complete itinerary

Enter exact addresses, local pickup time and a reachable mobile number. Add the flight number for an airport collection, plus child-seat ages, unusual luggage, intermediate stops or access instructions. Better information lets us send the right vehicle and avoid last-minute calls.

Review one written price

We confirm the vehicle class, pickup point and final fare before the journey. Published fares are per vehicle and include VAT, fuel and road tolls. Any night tariff, extended waiting or requested sightseeing stop is explained before you accept—not added after arrival.

Meet a prepared driver

The driver receives the confirmed itinerary and monitors relevant traffic and flight information. Airport guests are met in arrivals with a name sign; address pickups are coordinated by phone or WhatsApp. You travel directly, with comfort stops whenever the route requires them.

Submitting the form sends a booking request. Your transfer is confirmed only after a veeno. team member replies on WhatsApp or by phone with the pickup details and locked price. This normally takes a few minutes; if you hear nothing within 30 minutes, message us directly.

We need the passenger name, reachable phone number, exact pickup and destination, date, local pickup time, passenger count and vehicle class. For airport collections, add the flight number; for children or unusual luggage, include those details too.

Card or cash (EUR or RON) directly to the driver, or by payment link in advance if you prefer. Companies receive proper invoices via e-Factura.

Free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours we charge 50%; no-shows are charged in full.

Add the flight number when booking and we monitor the live arrival time. The driver adjusts the airport pickup automatically, so a normal airline delay does not require a new booking or a phone call while you are in the air.

Yes. A return on another date is booked as two fixed-price journeys. If you need the same car to remain with you between stops or meetings, choose hourly chauffeur hire instead; waiting then forms part of the reserved time.

Yes. Add the company name and billing details in the notes or send them before pickup. Romanian companies can receive an e-Factura invoice, while private and international clients can request the appropriate payment document.

Usually, with advance notice. Describe the wheelchair or mobility aid, whether it folds, and how much assistance is needed before we confirm. We will match the vehicle and luggage space honestly; standard vehicles are not wheelchair-lift vehicles.

Published routes can start at any address in Bucharest or at Otopeni Airport (OTP). Hotel, apartment and office pickups are door to door. For another town, Băneasa Airport or multiple pickup points, request a custom quote.
