The service
Veeno.cab and the Veeno and Veeno Driver apps let you request and manage bookings. The transport provider’s identity, specific conditions and applicable documents must be presented with the booking. Submitting a request does not guarantee driver availability.
Accounts and safety
Provide accurate details and keep SMS codes private. Do not use the service for false requests or unlawful activity. Drivers must meet applicable eligibility and licensing requirements; creating an account does not replace required authorisations. For emergencies, call 112.
Fares and acceptance
Review the route, date, vehicle category, fare, payment method and conditions before confirming. Fares can include distance, estimated time and displayed adjustments. Geoapify traffic estimates are approximate, not live traffic. A counteroffer or price change requires your acceptance. The accepted fare is not automatically recalculated from traffic at trip completion.
Payments, cancellations and refunds
Only payment methods displayed for the booking are available. Cancel in the app or contact support if you cannot access the booking. Any cancellation charge must be disclosed before acceptance. Approved card refunds are submitted through the payment processor; posting time depends on your bank. Never send full card details or SMS codes to support.

Support and your rights
Contact us with your booking reference and relevant details about a problem. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or access to competent authorities and courts. The conditions presented at confirmation apply to your booking; later website changes do not retroactively change an accepted booking.
